We offer 1-1/2″ rack fire hose (500 LB Test) that is designed to be lightweight while offering maximum flow and built tough for all your indoor rack hose needs. Our rack fire hose can be used in conjunction with pin racks. Our 1.5 inch rack fire hose is available with the following pressure ratings:

Chemical Resistant Single Jacket Rack Fire Hose
Our rack fire hoses feature a single jacket construction woven from 100% virgin polyester that is resistant to most chemicals, petroleum products, UV exposure and mildew.
The lining of each rack fire hose is a single-ply extruded tube of synthetic polyurethane /thermoplastic (T.P.U.), designed to increase packing ability for interior firefighting applications. The liner of these rack fire hoses produces a thin, smooth waterway that yields extremely low friction loss for maximum flow rates. The rack hose manufacturing process ensures positive adherence to the jacket to prevent delamination.
Rack Hoses Available In a Variety of Specifications
Our rack fire hose is available with internal expansion ring-type threaded aluminum or brass. Standard thread patterns for these rack hoses are NH/NST or IPT/NPSH, custom threads are available upon request, Contact TEAM RAWHIDE. All rack hoses are temperature rates for -40°F to 180°F (-40°C to 82°C).
Our rack hoses are FM approved and labeled, and meet or exceed Underwriters Lab (U.L.) and NFPA 1961. While standard lengths for these rack hoses are 50’, 75’, and 100’, custom lengths are available upon request, Contact TEAM RAWHIDE . All hoses are stenciled with 1” characters stating, “Service Test to 250 PSI per NFPA 1962 ” and the service date in a contrasting color, indelible ink. This rack hose is pre-folded for ease of installation.
