When will my order ship?
Your order will ship the same day as received. Most orders will deliver within 1 or 2 days via U.P.S.

Do you ship to foreign countries?
No. Rawhide Fire Hose will ship to your specified Freight Forwarder / Logistics Specialist located at any address in the Contiguous United States.

How will my order ship?
All orders are processed the same day as received from one of the four Warehouse Locations maintained by Rawhide Fire Hose. On specified products, shipping is free to all domestic United States address locations via U.P.S. Rawhide Fire Hose will ship your order on the carrier of your choice, at your expense.

How do I know if my items are in stock?
We make every effort to keep all our products in stock at all times. However, during peak seasons or upon the arrival of new items, we can experience delays in shipments. We work hard to ship your order as soon as we can, but if there is a delay, you will be notified.

Can I cancel an order or add to an order?
Once an order is entered into our system, it can not be altered or cancelled. To serve all our customers as efficiently as possible, our order system is highly automated and does not allow orders to be altered in any way once they start the delivery process. Please make sure your order is checked for accuracy and completeness before taking the final step and sending it into our order system.

Can I return an item?
Yes. You may return items. We want you to be 100% satisfied with the products your order. You may return it for full credit of the item, minus shipping costs. The items must be in resaleable condition. Simply contact Rawhide Fire Hose, Customer Service (1.800-321-3715 or customerservice@rawhidefirehose.com )to obtain a RGA number. Please be sure to include your name and copy of original packing slip. Please write your RGA number on the outside of the carton. We will inspect and issue appropriate credit, less shipping costs, within 30 days of the day we receive the items returned. “Special Order” items are not eligible for return. Items returned without a RGA number may not be eligible for credit.

Can I exchange a product for another?
Yes. Simply contact Rawhide Fire Hose, Customer Service (1.800-321-3715 or customerservice@rawhidefirehose.com )to order the product(s) that you prefer AND to obtain a RGA number for the product(s) that you would like to exchange. Please be sure to include your name and copy of original packing slip. Please write your RGA number on the outside of the carton. Rawhide Fire Hose will ship and invoice the new order. We will inspect and issue appropriate credit, less shipping costs, within 30 days of the day we receive the items returned. “Special Order” items are not eligible for return.
