Processing and Shipping Orders

All orders are processed the same day as received, during normal business hours (8:00 to 17:00 eastern time) Orders received after hours, weekends and holidays are processed the next business day. Hose orders are shipped the same day as the order is received up until the UPS pick up time, 16:00 eastern time. Subsequent orders are shipped the next business day. Standard length hose and hose assemblies are shipped from 16 warehouses throughout the United States and are delivered in one or two days, Monday thru Friday as are standard adapters, valves and nozzles. Special order thread configurations and custom length hoses and hose assemblies are shipped from our Ohio Warehouse and will be delivered in 1 – 2 weeks.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are paid by Rawhide Fire Hose on all orders, delivering to a single location (residential deliveries on freight truck sized orders are not available) in the continental/contiguous United States of America, United Parcel Service (UPS) ground or United Parcel Service (UPS) Freight. Multiple location and expedited delivery services are available at the contract rates, negotiated by Rawhide Fire Hose. Collect and 3rd party billing is available upon request. A signature must be obtained for all deliveries (no driver release).

 Tracking Your Order

By E-mail – providing we have your e-mail address. With this feature you can track your order online at www.ups.com or by calling 1-800-321-3715 if shipped by common carrier. By Fax – if we do not have your e-mail address you will be notified by fax that your order was shipped. Your order can be tracked via www.ups.com, by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS or by calling 1-800-321-3715 if shipped by common carrier. At the end of the business day you will know when and how your order shipped.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. This privacy policy is intended to give you confidence in the privacy and security of the personal information we obtain from you whether you are using products offered by Rawhide Fire Hose,  uploading information to Rawhide Fire Hose, downloading in any way, shape or form information, documents and/or links, or are merely visiting our Website.

However, please note that we are not responsible for any use of your personal information you provide to third-party applications or websites that may be accessed via the Rawhide Fire Hose website. We recommend that you review the privacy policy of any third-party applications or websites that you use.

Collection of Personal Information

When you use our Website, you may be asked for personally identifiable information such as your name, address, email address, telephone number and other such information required to process your order and/or deliver information that you may have requested.

By giving us such information, you will need to consent to our using it in the manner described in this policy, during the checkout process.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us at [email protected]. We will return your personal information to you or  destroy it,  utilizing a certified and secure information destruction contractor,within five (business) days of receipt of your withdrawal of consent. All employees and staff of Rawhide Fire Hose are bound to corporate policies relative to information governance and have been trained in information destruction of “sensitive” and/or personal information. Further, all employees and staff of Rawhide Fire Hose acknowledge said training and complete understanding of its information destruction policies.

Cookie information, pages you have requested and/or third parties from your browser as set out in this policy may also record your IP address.

Use of Performance Data

Rawhide Fire Hose will use performance data, including performance statistics, bug fixes and other similar data (“Performance Data”) uploaded to our Websites or acquired through entry into our website. Rawhide Fire Hose may use such Performance Data in any way, including, but not limited to, using, editing, altering, reproducing, publishing and/or distributing the Performance Data for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, provided that such Performance Data is stripped of all personally identifiable information.
